Refund policy

We want you to love your LumiGlow mask. If you are not completely satisfied we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

HOW TO RETURN Contact us at lumiglowsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.

ELIGIBILITY Item must be unused and in original packaging. Returned within 30 days of delivery.

REFUNDS Once return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Sale items, used or opened items, items returned after 30 days.

DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no cost.
